Origin, an international manufacturer of EV charging stations, has announced the debut of its ultra-fast EV station at the Belgrade Motor Show 2023. The company has also revealed that production of the stations will start this spring in Serbia, in collaboration with Serbian partner SLED rasveta I razvodi d.o.o.
SLED is a provider of design, consulting, and engineering services in MV&LV electrical installations and power distribution. The company will bring to joint venture its extensive network and work experience in Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia and the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
Designed to deliver a fast and convenient charging experience for EV drivers, the Origin EV ultra-fast station boasts a charging capacity of up to 200 kW, enabling it to charge an EV battery to 80% in just 15 minutes. The station can be equipped with multiple connectors, making it compatible with a wide range of EV models. The Origin EV ultra-fast stations are intended for installation on highways and between cities across Europe and operate at -40° +50°. A robust body and improved cooling system provide safety and long uptime.

Origin's own software platform monitors 300 station parameters and enables remote diagnostics without the need to send an engineer on site and to eliminate malfunctions in a timely manner. The modularity of the station and ease of maintenance can reduce the cost of repairs by 40% and reduce the payback period of the station by 1.5 years."
